All purchases made on SkinValue.Club are final. You are purchasing a non-refundable, single-use digital license key. Once issued, it cannot be returned, refunded, or reused—even if not activated.
Acknowledgment of Purchase
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agree to its terms. You confirm that you understand the digital nature of our products and the technical limitations that prevent refunds.
Why No Refunds?
Our license keys are designed for one-time use only. They are considered used and non-verifiable once issued. The only way to check if a key works is to activate it—after which it cannot be undone.
For this reason, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after a key is delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Monthly, yearly, or lifetime license keys
- Any digital goods or downloadable content
- Services that have been rendered or initiated
Delivery and Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties receiving your license key or if there are delivery issues on our end, please contact support immediately. We will work to resolve legitimate technical problems, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund once the issue is resolved.
Fraud Prevention
This strict no-refund policy protects our system and customers from abuse—such as requesting a refund after receiving a working product. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who abuse our policies.
Consumer Rights
Important: This policy is subject to Swiss consumer protection laws (Swiss Code of Obligations) and applicable international consumer protection laws. Swiss consumers have statutory rights that cannot be waived, including rights to refunds for defective digital products under certain circumstances.
